Can I e-mail my order to you?

For Decals, Signs and Banner Orders:
Yes you can send your order via email to sales@logo105.com. Please include the following
when sending email:
1. Complete name, address, and telephone numbers
2. Note whether information is for a quote or for an order
3. Material you would like to use
4. Item Number
5. Size
6. Quantity
7. Number of colors for screen printing and list of colors by PMS number or by our standard
color list.
8. Note whether art is to be printed positive or in reverse
9. Any finishing and packing requirements you might have

For Garment Orders:
1. Complete name, address, and telephone numbers
2. Note whether information is for a quote or for an order
3. Garment type
4. Item Number
5. Sizes and quantity of each

For Screen Printing Orders:
Number of colors and list of colors by PMS number or by our standard color list.
1. Note where the design(s) are to be placed on the garment.
2. If order is to have personalization, we need a list of names and numbers typed out and
organized by size starting with small sizes going through large. Also choose the color and
type style you want to use from our charts.

4. Any finishing and packing requirements you might have

When we receive your email, you will receive a response from us stating that we received your
file.  It is a good idea to compress files to avoid problems during transmission. To assure we
can accurately view your art, please send a JPEG or PDF file along with your vector art.  

When do I pay for my order and how?
All orders are for custom work and require a 50% deposit at time of order, balance due on
delivery.  We accept checks, credit cards, and Paypal payments as well as cash.

What if I need to cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.  There will be no
cancellation charges if the order is cancelled before the artwork is started.  Should an order be
cancelled after this time the customer will be billed for work done at that point.  An order
cannot be cancelled if it has been produced.

Can I order a non-standard quantity?
We're happy to produce orders for you in any quantity above our minimums.  Let us know
your needs and we'll provide you with a custom quote.

Do you have overruns/underruns?
Yes.  We try our best to deliver exact quantities on all orders.  However as most items are
custom made an over or under of 5% on decal and sign jobs will constitute a complete order.  
Garment orders present a special problems as we may get goods in from our suppliers that
are soiled, miss-sewn, or have holes in them.  We try to keep a supply of shirts on hand to
replace these, but this is not always possible.  In these instances we may have to replace a
garment with a different size to fill your order.  
If you must have exact counts on all sizes and
colors please let us know this when you place your order.

Is there a charge for halftones?
This is a "Maybe" question.  
Jobs that have several halftones or screen tints in them will be
reviewed by our art department.  If they determine that we will have to add additional charges
we'll let you know before proceeding with your order.  All 4 color process work and all
simulated process work will normally have extra film charges.

What are the turnaround times for your products?
Our production time varies from product to product.  Specific ship dates must be confirmed
with us.  If a proof is needed, production time will begin after the proof has been approved
and returned.

What are your delivery times?
Same day or next day for stock items.  5 to 7 working days for vinyl lettering, digital graphics,
and screen printed garments orders.  Depending on workload and time of year delivery time
may vary and lead time could be two weeks.

Are rush services available?
Yes, rush service is available.  Charges vary depending on amount of work at hand, difficulty
of job, and product ordered.

What is your company guarantee?
We guarantee the quality of our work.  If we mess up your order will be replaced at no charge.
